It's a friendly 30-minute online lesson with a native tutor. We check your level, talk through your goals and show you how we teach, with no payment and no obligation to continue.
Both are available. One-to-one gives you maximum speaking time and a fully tailored plan; small groups add motivation and conversation practice at a lower price. Many students combine the two.
Yes. Your workbooks, practice papers, audio and progress tracker are included with your lessons. If a specific official coursebook is recommended for your exam, we'll let you know in advance.
It depends on your starting point and how often you practise, but most students notice a real difference within a few weeks. After your trial we'll give you an honest, realistic timeline.
Life happens, you can reschedule with reasonable notice through your account, and your tutor will help you find a new time that works.
